Dan Rogers is a Brooklyn-based director, performer, producer, and tech director. If it's something that needs to get done for a show, he's probably done it. He got his BA in Theatre Arts from Brown University in 2008, and is originally from outside of Boston. He is passionately devoted to new plays and new plan development, but also has a deep interest in Shakespeare and Renaissance Drama.
His production company, MADE OF LIONS!, is currently organizing Theatron[5000], a festival of robot theatre to be presented in Brooklyn in September.
He is the producer of Depth Charge, an experimental group that has presented shows at the Ontological Incubator and the Brick Theatre Fight Festival. He has worked as a tech director for Woodshed Collective, art.party.theatre.company and M.34, and as a technical assistant for Studio42 and Vampire Cowboys.
